AQCO works on four complementary fronts to protect consumers and improve residential construction in the Outaouais region.
Inform and educate consumers about purchasing, owning, building, renovating, and maintaining residential buildings.
We make representations to the Régie du bâtiment to improve quality in construction.
Protect consumers by initiating or supporting legal actions, including class actions for harmed consumers.
Promote scientific and technical research related to residential construction and maintenance, including investigations into material quality.
